As announced, US' 4th largest carrier, T-Mobile, will be the first carrier to launch Samsung's newest baby, their newest Android flagship smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S IV. Announced at a special event in New York a few weeks back, the Galaxy S IV will be offered by T-Mobile on contract. On other carriers, US Cellular will start accepting pre-orders of the Galaxy S IV in April 16. AT&T will also start accepting pre-orders of the smartphone on the same date.
