Globe has started to accept pre-orders for Samsung's 2014 Flagship Android Smartphone, the Galaxy S 5. It looks like Globe will be, until Smart does something, the only carrier in the Philippines to be offering the smartphone. You can get the Galaxy S 5 for as low as Php 1699 with 2 years contract.
