The OTA-only update has only been started in France, but if you own one of these tablets, there is no harm in checking of it is available for you already. If you are not from France, a comment on this post saying that you got the update is appreciated. For those who are in France, the update is only administered OTA (over the air), which means you won't get it via Samsung Kies.
