The top two carriers (as if there are any other carriers in the Philippines) have put the Samsung Galaxy note II up for pre-order so that you guys can be the first to own the most powerful mobile device in the world! Smart announced this officially via their Facebook Page and same goes to Globe.
If you get the Note II via Globe you can get it free with Plan 2499. If you think a monthly commitment of 2499 is just too much then you can also get it at Plan 1799 (or any other plan for that matter just with a cash-out when the plan is below 2499) with a cash-out of just Php 6,000. Over at Smart, the Philippine's largest carrier, is offering the phablet free with Plan 2000. I still do not have any other info aside from this but just like any other plans in this country or any other country, if the plan you plan to get is below that is required to get the device for free, a cash-out is bound to happen.
